"Please do not use if you want good after sales service. !! Engaged them to clean the carpet in 1 room. After they left a white residue was on 3 of the 4 walls in the room (would have been 4 but they don't move furniture and couldn't get the the 4th wall). See the photos. Called them and provided a copy of the photos. They said WE should wipe it of with water. We did that... last photo is the result. Faded but not gone. Rang them back.. they said WE should wipe it down with hot water this time. Hang on a minute WT!!!! You did this and now expect US to get on out hands and knees again and clean the walls that your company potentially ruined. Take some responsibility for your work !!! I hope the hot water works otherwise someone will be re-painting."

"We have waited almost the whole day for someone to show up. The lady who spoke to my mum told there was an ‘incident’ with the person who was supposed to do the job, and almost an hour later she rang and told us another one will do it. We have sat on the floor for 3 hours just to wait for the replacement guy, rang and told us he will be in the unit in an hour, after 30 mins he rang again and said he will arrive for another 45 mins. These people are very unprofessional and don’t value other people’s time. We were in the process of moving out and the lady who did the appointment knew we were supposed to hand in the keys to the landlord the same day they were supposed to show up. Don’t bother getting their service bcoz they were unreliable and unprofessional."

"We’ve used Always Fresh for a number of years now, and they’re excellent. Carpets always look amazing and the experts they send out know what’s appropriate for any given part of the house. Big shout out to Jeffrey who cleaned our carpets just this week - did an incredible job and a terrific bloke with it. Can’t recommend enough."

"These people are rude, and not to be trusted. We rang for a quote and was told $125 for a clean and deodorise for a tiny one bed unit. The guy came in and I asked him whether he wanted to move into the carapace we kept for him He interrupted me and said he wanted to talk about what this stain was on the carpet, I rang my son to tell him the carpet cleaner was here and asked his name. He said what does it matter I am the carpet cleaner., I later found out his name was Jeff. He then stood over me telling me that we needed a $385 clean and the $125 clean won't do anything and it was important for the people moving in next. I kept telling him they were renovating so carpet won't stay. They stayed for 15 minutes then left. It was a very unpleasant experience AVOID them"
