NSW Trustee & Guardian

"Do not EVER, under ANY circumstances allow any Australian Trustee near anyone alive - nor allow them to lend their very special brand of 'assistance' to any estate matter. Due to a family member with mental health issues, a relative suffering with dementia was put in the care of the NSW Trustee for a brief period of time. Fortunately the money to get the matter fixed was available - along with care for said person during that time, fixing a few months gross mismanagement and the preposterous involvement of the Trustee was solved - at truly eye watering expense. But what an insight it was into this 'organisation' that I could only describe as heartless, immoral and absolutely incompetent in all but one field in which they excelled - fee generation. Just to touch on reality, the relative involved had millions of dollars in cash and assets nationalised but was generously 'allowed' $150/week for living expenses! Maintenance of property was nil, repairs nil, management nil, care was threatened to be removed through non payment, bank accounts overdrawn - the list goes on. I simply cannot believe this evil organisation is allowed to exist, let alone be encouraged. I commend the Four Corners Documentary 'State Control' (available on iview and Youtube) to all. I can guarantee you there are FAR worse stories out there, but that's a good start. NEVER, EVER consider any 'Trustee' as an option for anyone - even your worst enemy deserves better."

"Literally the worst business ever encountered the staff hang up constantly without warning, they are verbally, mentally and financially abusing me they are shifting my money and charging me adminstration fees and I haven't even be able to spend let alone request any of the finances. If anyone is considering using this service do everyone and yourself a solid don't sign up YOU WILL INSTANTLY REGRET IT IF YOU DO!!!!!!!
