"Took $700 shirt with body odour to Springwood dry cleaners, when I picked it up it still was stinky so I washed it the water was filthy however the odour had gone and the blouse ended up fresh and clean. Won’t go back very dissatisfied"

"Incredibly disappointed. Definitely recommend you do NOT have suede garments cleaned here. My 'cleaned' suede jacket is now unwearable. Adding insult to injury, they responded extremely poorly to the shock and disappointment I naturally expressed. Complaint lodged in relation to both service provided and service provider."

"Very disappointing. My wife just collected her beloved 100% genuine leather blue suede jacket from this dry cleaner. It is ruined, not wearable. Completely discoloured. He was unprofessional, took no responsibility, was abusive and accused her of being a liar. I would not recommend ever going here."
