I had been having trouble breastfeeding and baby has been crying from hunger for days (of course I didn’t know back then) but the nurse patiently explained, demonstrated, guided and wrote in baby’s blue book the right way of doing it. "Unprofessional and disorganised. My partner and I waited around 35 minutes even though we were the first booked and first in. Not one staff member spoke and acknowledged we were there. Clearly having people loiter in the entrance is something normal for these people. I asked one woman who advised someone would come. (clearly no idea). During this time a woman walked in unscheduled, wrote her name on the board and was seen before us. Lacking integrity they chose to lie to my partner advising I informed them I was fine, when in fact they never spoke with me. It is one thing to be poorly organised, but to lie is a lack of ethics."
