H&R Block

"This particular office is horrendous with their customer service. They come across as highly incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional. If your tax return is the slightest bit complicated, and one where they have to calculate what 1.35+0.65 is, as opposed to the usual churning out of the standard calculation of 1+1, you will run into all sorts of problems, as it appears to be too difficult for them to handle. My suggestion is go to the local accountant located in your nearest strip of street shops, that should have retired 10 years ago. Best bet is that they are still around because they know what they are doing and are good at it. However, if you are still insistent on using H&R Block, since they are the McDonalds of the accounting world, I am sure you can find another close office that would be at least 40% more competent than the tax agents at this office. Learn from my mistake and abort any mission to engage them and to part with your hard earned money."
