"Although my accountant was generally helpful and friendly, she didn't have concrete answers to some of my questions. They then tried to bill me incorrectly as an adult not at student prices. Not to mention, their "fixed" price of $70 suddenly nearly doubled once they started adding small fees for every little task. I was told it should still be under $100, but ended up easily exceeding that. Lastly, they charged me once when I filed my tax return, but then still took the fee out of my tax return again... It took nearly a week and multiple emails for them to realise their mistake and fix it. Unfortunately can not recommend this company :/"
