"If I could give more than five stars, I would! The whole team at Pregnancy, birth and beyond goes “above and beyond” with their customer service. They stand behind the quality of their product and really make sure that you are 110% happy with your purchase. They are all friendly and quick to reply to any query. I had a warranty issue with a birth pool and they immediately sent out a replacement no questions asked. My email was replied to at 9am on the Friday. I replied at 10:30 with more info and received the new pool from Sydney to the Gold Coast by 1pm on the Monday!!! I would definitely buy anything I need only from them in the future. "Excellent customer service! I needed a replacement for a product I ordered, and didn’t realise until I was days out from giving birth. I received a quick response (out of business hours and just before Christmas!) and a replacement was sent out via express post immediately. I was so worried I’d left it too late but they went above and beyond to make sure I received it in time. Love putting my money towards a business who clearly cares about their customers."

"I purchased 2x birthing balls from this company 2 days ago. When they arrived and I pumped one of them up (the other remains in its packaging untouched), I realised that despite extensive research prior to purchase, the size was not the right size for me. The company has refused to accept a return of the products. I cannot get a refund and have not been offered a credit. The lady spoken to was quite hostile in her dealings. Beware of this company's refund/exchange policy before you buy anything from them."
