"*Terrible Experience at This Convenience* I recently had the worst experience at this convenience store, and I strongly advise against visiting this place. My encounter with the store's staff and their policies left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. I initially purchased an item from this store, and to my dismay, the sales representative gave me a big rubber that was completely incompatible with what I needed. It was obvious that they hadn't paid attention to my request or bothered to provide me with the correct product. This lack of attention to detail was extremely frustrating, and it wasted my time and money. Seeking a resolution, I returned to the store today, hoping to exchange the rubber for the correct size. To my disbelief, the store asked me to pay an additional $12 for the replacement. I couldn't understand their reasoning behind this, as it was their mistake in the first place. It seemed like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers and squeeze more money out of them. The level of customer service at this convenience store is abysmal. Instead of rectifying their own error, they expected me to pay extra for their mistake. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I felt utterly disrespected as a customer. It is clear that this establishment values profit over customer satisfaction. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this convenience store. Their lack of attention to detail, coupled with their unreasonable and exploitative approach to customer service, makes them unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reputable store that values its customers and provides genuine service."
