"Had Joy/H&R do my personal tax return this year, my first year in Victoria. The appointment took 3 hours to complete even though when I booked online I was quoted 30-45 minutes. I was told I'm not able to claim my fuel and car maintenance with a log book and not able to claim my traffic control course. I was then charged $280 for the appointment then due to it taking so long I was fined a $96 parking fee."
"Worst experience.. Zero knowledge for tax matters..incompetent and overpricing..charged 170 dollar for consulting 20 minutes..rather just they told me to fill the form that’s it..I wouldn’t recommend anyone.. worst service..incompetent and quality less services.."
"Very unprofessional , I was dealing with Jaz and Chungling for indivijual returns and business returns 1. They take money in advance 2. Then we need to follow up so many times for filing returns 3. They delayed my indivijual tax returns and filed after 15th May and then filed as self instead of tax agent don’t know if I u Incur any penalty 4.I have also got penalty from ATO for not paying super within 28days which they missed to inform me 5. These are just form fillers no tax agents they take fees in name of tax consulting but at the end of year just fill forms and that to on follow ups 6. I ended the services and asked for refund no reply and not picking up calls either Very I professional I wish I could have given no star at all"
