"I had Julie do my tax return over the phone and she was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t familiar with doing a tax return but she made sure I understood everything that was going on. She made it so easy and was incredibly friendly. We had a 40 minute phone call to organise everything and it felt like I was chatting to a friend. Loved it all. If you see this Julie thank you so much for all of your help!"

"Absolutely useless. Had one man who did it completely wrong, so another man called me the next day and quoted me a thousand dollars less stating figures I’ve never heard of. Do not go here. The most unprofessional place I have EVER dealt with."

"Very unprofessional , I was dealing with Jaz and Chungling for indivijual returns and business returns 1. They take money in advance 2. Then we need to follow up so many times for filing returns 3. They delayed my indivijual tax returns and filed after 15th May and then filed as self instead of tax agent don’t know if I u Incur any penalty 4.I have also got penalty from ATO for not paying super within 28days which they missed to inform me 5. These are just form fillers no tax agents they take fees in name of tax consulting but at the end of year just fill forms and that to on follow ups 6. I ended the services and asked for refund no reply and not picking up calls either Very I professional I wish I could have given no star at all"

"Do not use this branch I wish star ratings went into the negative I walked into the airport west branch only to find it was unattended by staff for atleast 6-10 minutes, giving me access to the secure document bin and printed classified information on desks. This is unnaceptable for a tax agent, a profession that holds very sensitive and personal details. I had access to the whole branch and could have taken what ever documents I wanted. When the staff member returned (Pat) he knew he was in the wrong but refused to talk to me because "he had an appoitment", however he was not in the branch for regular scheduled appointment start times. I hope he suffers the consequences of physical data security breaches. The only reason I had to go in to the branch is because they DID NOT complete their task as a tax agent and I had to follow up my return on their behalf. Absolutely horrified and disappointed with this abhorrent behavior from a professional tax agent. I am hopefull this review will be followed up by H&R Block staff as I will be liasing with the airport west branch management team in the next few days."

"The former office Manager (Patrick) was very friendly and I always felt comfortable when I attended for my tax refund appointment, but, 2 years ago, the current office Manager is very rude and not very friendly. He doesn't really make the clients feel welcome. I wish Pat was still working there. Because of this current Manager,I am going to change my tax accountant to do my tax this year. And plus every year, they always change their fee."
