"Definitely would not recommend. Absolutely appalling service with little to no effective communication between staff. The cleaner turned up not equipped for the job required despite Rahul, the managing director of the business, coming a few weeks prior in person to do a quote. Was quoted an extortionate amount of money which turned out to not include the main reason for engaging their services in the first place. Ended up wasting almost 2 hours of my time to not have the job done in the end because there was a lot of backward and forward on the phone between the cleaner and his managing director. Rahul ended up hanging up on his employee in the end and Amit had no choice but to leave the premises confused and embarrassed. No apology or follow up from management. No explanation. Do not waste your time."

"I can’t recommended this business. They cleaned my office for almost a year and were the worst cleaners I have seen in over 20 years in business. Sometimes cleaners did not even come. I know because I would check my camera system when I could see the office and staff rooms were not clean. When issues were raised with the owners they were very dismissive. I found them to be unprofessional, dishonest and terrible at customer service like many others have said. How someone like this stays in business is very hard to believe. I recommend you stay away from them. I have returned now to respond to the owner who has accused me of lying. Instead of owning the issues of this company they go on the attack and question other people’s integrity. I have looked at their website and they make the claim they have 2800 staff. This makes them bigger than very large commercial cleaning companies such as ISS, AMC, cleancorp and Quayclean, companies who hold very large government and private enterprise contracts, many who are publicly listed companies. There is clearly not something right here. All their so called business addresses are residential. For such a so called large company they don’t even have a proper office. Their website is full of poor English and clearly fake statistics. As another review said, it’s funny how so many of the positive reviews on this business are social media friends of the owners. One is even the owner himself and the administration worker!"

"I am posting on behalf of my families business. Despite what this business says we used this cleaning service and found them to be of very poor quality. The owner would say anything to try to get cleaning contracts and was not able to deliver. Like others said, sometimes the staff would not come and other times the cleaning was so bad it looked like the cleaners had not been at all. Basic things like cleaning bathrooms were not done properly and one day we came to work and found food scraps from the cleaners all over the floor. We also found responses to concerns we raised to be ignored. I have spent time looking at other reviews and saw that almost all are are friends or staff members of the owners on social media. Some of these people are not even in Australia. They are clearly fake reviews. One is even the company administrator pretending to be a customer, and on another listing even the owner wrote and responded to his own positive review! This is very dishonest behaviour. And to call people who leave negative reviews liars is terrible business practice. I will never recommend people to use this business. There are much better options out there and I recommend people look further than the flashy website and promotional material this company uses."

"My partner paid a lot of money for this business to do an end of lease clean on her rental property. The owner claimed they were the best cleaning business in Australia. I should of seen through this claim right away. All I can say is the property looked worse after the cleaners had been at the property. The carpets looked dirtier despite them claiming they cleaned them. They did a very bad job on the oven, did not clean showers, no wiping of cupboards or walls. Garage was not swept. Tiles poorly cleaned and had a sticky mess left on surface. We lost our bond as a result. The owner did not care, he refused to respond when told and blocked any attempt to further contact. Disgraceful customer service! I wish I had read other reviews before paying for this business. It is clear to me the positive reviews are family or friends of the owner. Full of poor English and names are clearly people of Nepalese origin like the owner. You can see they are clearly trying to bury the honest reviews! Some time has passed since this happened but my partner is still very upset as it cost her many thousands of dollars lost in bond, cleaning fees and also extra stress on her personally. I will never recommend this business and hope other people read this and decide the same."
