Our experienced GPs are here to administer vaccinations, as well as provide a range of healthcare services to meet your needs.
We take the health and safety of our patients seriously, which is why we recommend wearing masks while visiting our Medical Centre. If you are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to protect yourself and others. During your consultation or while waiting in our comfortable waiting room, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in wearing a mask if requested.
We understand that accessing healthcare should be easy and convenient. That's why we offer EasyVisit, a platform that helps patients connect with their doctors across Australia, taking the hassle out of healthcare. Our independent doctors are highly experienced in every aspect of family health and can provide assistance at any stage of life. Some of our GPs also have additional qualifications and areas of special interest, ensuring that you receive the most comprehensive care possible.
Throughout September, we are focusing on women's health, providing valuable information and resources on the unique health conditions that women may face. Our GPs can conduct regular health assessments, which are crucial for prevention and early detection of any potential issues. They can also offer guidance on managing conditions such as endometriosis and menopause, as well as provide additional support services for mental health.

"I have no complaints about the doctors here. But I recently had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. I should be used to it as it has happened regularly ... but what I don't get is if the clinic can send you automated text message to remind you of your appointment, why can't they also send text messages to alert you to extended wait times when they know the doctor is running far behind in his appointment times (or even offer the choice to reschedule the appointment). This clinic charges enough for consultations (I doubt you would find a more expensive one in the area), it would not be hard to show at least some courtesy to their customers instead of just expecting people to show up and not warn them in advance of any long wait when they can clearly see it in their system."
"The Neutral Bay Medical Centre has repeatedly exceeded my expectations. Being a long time resident of the Northern Beaches, and using this as my "go to" Medical Centre, I am always impressed by the quality of service and friendly staff: 1) The receptionists are always friendly, quick to assist upon arrival and when leaving the centre (if you are phoning they are also quick to answer your call and there are no long wait times). They provide good transparency around the fees billed and ensure your Medicare rebate is received as soon as possible 2) Doctors: My go to is Doctor Ben Jervis. I consider myself lucky to have found him, he has one of the (if not the) best bed side manners I have ever experienced, he understands my individual needs and go's above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He also explains in layman terms the rationale for his diagnoses and treatment plans. I find this to be extremely helpful as it removes uncertainty. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and I trust and value his opinions, diagnoses and treatment plans 3) Treatment room: After crashing my bike, I had to repeatedly have my wounds redressed to avoid infection. I also had other more extensive procedures performed in the treatment room (unrelated to the bike crash). The nursing staff also have warm and caring bedside manners and always made me feel welcome. More importantly, they are extremely professional and I always observe how diligent they are in ensuring they perform their procedures with highest level of care and skill. I was also able to observe that they have worked together over a period of time and they make a great team which also greatly improves the atmosphere and overall patient experience. Thanks heaps to all the staff at the centre, please keep up the good work and great service!"
"I have been going there for many years. My regular doctor is Dr Kharwadkar. I have always been very happy with her level of care, she is thorough, a good diagnostician, and always provide great advice. Even though it’s always busy when I go, I never feel rushed. I have also seen other doctors there. It’s a bit of hit and miss with others but I’ve also been happy with Dr Velickovski. Also the nurses are great. Always been super happy with them. I went there recently for my baby and they were so nice and helpful. Reception which used to be a let down, has improved significantly these last couple years. I can’t fault them."
"I'm seeing all the poor reviews of the reception staff and highly disagree. I took an aging parent to his GP here and everyone was very helpful and supportive during a very difficult time. Leslie in particular went out of her way to provide me detailed information that I hadn't asked for but anticipated. Great little practice, highly recommended, zero complaints."
"They charged me $250 for an appointment! As my regular GP on a different medical centre was on leave, I booked a long appointment with Neutral Bay Medical centre for my kid. When I entered the room for the appointment, I raised my concerns and the doctor started to talk and talk for one hour which was unnecessary. All she gave me at the end was 2 links and one medicine which didn’t need a prescription. I didn’t know that she would charge me $250 so I was listening while she was telling stories. When the receptionist ask me to pay $250, I realised that my long appointment was listed as a surgical consultation on my medicare receipt. On the other hand I assumed that as my kid is under 16, the appointment would be bulk bill. So they were not clear about that too. Not a good experience at all. Update: I was refunded $50 after contacting the management."
