"Disappointment was an understatement yesterday. I found a pair of shoes that I wanted to buy and one would think that if a customer is standing at the counter with a shoe, they need help with a size. After waiting for around 10 minutes, I walked out with NO SHOES. I probably would've waited longer if I had someone greet me and say they were just helping someone else and wouldn't be long, but I couldn't even get that. I may as well have been invisible. Pretty poor for what was once an iconic shoe brand."
