"I bought a pair of puma shoes and they gave me two different length laces. The next day I went back to swap the laces, and they said no. Unfortunately I was wearing the pair at the time so I didn’t exactly have the option to return it. The shoe itself was fine but now just looks very weird with two different sized laces."

"Would give zero star if I could. Literally been browsing in the store for 10 mins and no greetings or asking me what i need. I keep looking at the sale assistant for help but ignored me and would not make eye contact. Then I couldn't take it anymore. So I went up to the Indian Sale assistant and ask her for a shoe i found on the website and all she said was 'no'. She didnt even offer to show other shoes or make an order. And I'm glad I didn't contribute to her KPIs"

"Doesn’t deserve 1 star. We been there, asked for help but no proper response. We were looking for someone to attend us but instead 3 men were chit chatting at counter and sharing something on mobile instead of paying attention to us. Good luck for good business and long time to stay in business…"

"I’m extremely unhappy with the experience. I bought a shoes at the sale price and then had to exchange it for size within 4 days and they said that the sale is over and I had to pay the original price. While buying I clearly asked about the exchange and the person had said that I could exchange within 90 days or something. It’s not correct and the exchange should be done at the same price at which it was bought. Not happy."

"Came in not really knowing what shoes to buy for the wife and I, only thing we did know was that we needed new shoes. We were served and looked after by Janelle. You were patient, let us try half the shoes in the store and were honest with what was good and what wasn't. You even saved us money on recommending the Adidas shoes. Your service was top notch. In the end we walked out with 3 pairs of shoes and accessories at a bargain price. Thank you! We left happy and still are. Would highly recommend the store and Janelle should you be looking for your next new pair of shoes."
