"Very nice officeworks. This officeworks is very well stocked and has a great range of products on display. The store is laid out well and everything is presented nicely. They have a great number of staff on site to help out, some staff are more helpful and polite than others. Grace was very attentive and one of these exceptional staff members. I would also thank Annette for her help, who was also very attentive and friendly."

"Terrible service at the print section this morning, lady behind the counter doesn't seem like she wants to be there, not the first time this has happened, definitely the last though. Went to Carlton officeworks and they happily took my order and printed my job."

"Overall the store is well stocked, however, if you are seeking printing services I would go elsewhere. Print counter team members are clearly not trained well enough to deal with minor issues/unforeseen issues arising and combine this with very poor customer service."

"Went today to get passport photos Started well with greeting at the door But downhill after that . Got sent to 3 locations by 3 different staff members who just seemed more interested in their conversations. After waiting 15 minutes i was told by one staff member that she could only operate the camera and she was on the phone with IT support and had no idea how long i would have to wait.i counted 14 staff with only 4 customers in the shop Biggest wast of time ever"

"Disappointed in staff with 0 care taken. When getting large posters luminated, I understand you are required to sign awaver if the machine chews up your posters. However, if it is staff not paying attention and ensuring the mint condition posters somehow have the edges folded over and they put them through without unfolding, this is very different and disappointing. The staff couldn't find them at first, placed beside to till, probably because of the damage. Then, to not even be advised of the damage by the staff when picking up is more than disappointing. This is plain rude and very unprofessional. 0 care and 0 responsibility. 3 of 4 with folded corners. One poster has lamination ceasing through the centre. Submitted in mint condition. Update : Add to this the lamination has not been properly sealed and is already, at a few weeks old, separating around the very small edging. If you value what you need laminated, find somewhere else."
