"Used to be my favourite shop, shelving has changed, sign says beer,only pre mixes under beer sign but " management " has hidden long necks in the storeroom, hmm, going to BWS, good way to lose business, bye bye!"

"My wife can't lift so she's taken our Son Olivier, 17 yo to help her carry a few bottle of cider and beer. Baskets were not available so my son carried that to the counter. The sales assistant SAM refused to serve. She said your son touch the alcohol so you can't buy. My wife asked; will you serve me if I come back without my son and SAM replied NO, I will not serve you, your son touched the alcohol hence why I can't sell it to you even if you come back without him. My wife come home crying. She is not well now. We are going to see the doctor if her condition will not get any better. It supposed to be a nice Saturday afternoon but it is turning into sad evening. Under no circumstances we are going back to this store nor any other Liquorland shop."
