Came in for a botox treatment, first impressions when walking in is a lovely aesthetic and was then offered a complimentary mini facial whilst waiting. Then the actual botox consult with Diana was fantastic - honest, took her time to explain the process and had a genuine interest in my well being. Would def recommend and come back again!"
"Turned up today for an appointment that I had booked and paid a $45 deposit for online, only to find the store closed. No one answering phone calls or emails. I’d like a refund please! If you’re closed for whatever reason, that’s fine, but turn off your bookings for that day! Update: I did receive a refund, but only after my review was submitted. A note was attached to my initial refund notification advising it would take 3 - 14 days and I was told to remove my negative review. . Poor customer service from the person asking for my review to be removed. The email received later this evening apologising for the inconvenience caused was more professional and appreciated, hence my change in status."
