"Avoid this place, it might save your life, I've never had attempts on my life before being under the care of Dr Saboor After 5years of being a client I'm suddenly hearing im being accused wrongdoings but they didn't tell me, they told my mum, I don't know what's going on but I've done nothing wrong. I pay around $300 for 10min consults and years ago I tried changing doctors at the same practice and my treating doctor wasn't happy about it and brought it up alot. For the money I paid for a 10min consult, I spoke about my symptoms and abruptly Dr Saboor spoke over me, "I'm not here to feel sorry for you", then why is he taking my money if he thinks symptoms aren't worth listening to? Now, 5 years of dealing with many nore issues, they are accusing me me of something but not telling me. Im trying to get help, changing doctors years ago at Northside didn't go well, I don't think I have a good doctor but couldn't change, he tells me off for talking about my symptoms even though I pay around $300 for 10min consults and 5 years loyal service and putting up with so much more than I can write about, im being accused and don't know why. Update: do not email the contact below, they won't reply. Google this place and you'll see so many people saying avoid this place. Reception management do not return calls. I suggest those complaining go to HCCC and they can investigate medical complaints. Avoid Dr Philip and Dr Saboor is my advice."
"Dr Saeed is a highly accomplished and professional psychiatric professional, however her receptionist (Cathy) is one of the most rude, aggressive and incompassionate medical staff that I have dealt with, as some of the other reviews below have also acknowledged. Cathy contacted me 72hrs before my appointment and threatened to charge a cancellation fee if I didn't make pre-payment and go ahead with the appointment. I informed her that I had flu-like symptoms and was about to get a PCR test, to which she just kept repeating their policies, with zero compassion. Looking to be referred to another practice so I don't need to deal with the receptionist's rudeness. It's not what patients with conditions requiring Dr Saaed's expertise either need or want. I'm concerned as to why the receptionist's behaviour has been noted in previous reviews, however not addressed. This is potentially dangerous to Dr Saeed's patients' health."
"The psychiatrist is super nice however the receptionists upstairs are dismissive, condescending, and overall just flat-out rude. I need to get another prescription and when asking questions, I was met with attitude, especially after I told her I couldn't currently pay for an appointment (a fraudulent transaction recently has caused me to cancel my card, which has yet to be replaced). UPDATE: With a new card and time I finally got to go in again. There’s a new receptionist upstairs that’s super nice! I think she was the one I spoke to over the phone to pay as well and she is overall much nicer than the receptionist I’ve interacted with previously."
"I'm with everyone else reviewing. rude and inconsistent administration. Not even sure why they would argue with someone who has mental health issues. What does this achieve? Psychiatrist not worth reviewing. Neither good nor bad. Except for putting me on meds that I'd already mentioned weren't effective last time and, surprise, weren't effective this time either. Maybe she was following a script or gets a bonus or something who knows."
"Beware! And please look after yourself by considering elsewhere!!! I do not recommend your time, health and money on Ramsey Clinic To start: This clinic is DANGEROUS. filled with Incompetent staff. They DO NOT send reports to the referring doctor despite requesting this twice, plus sending them a new referral. Psychiatrist here told me that it is MY responsibility to request reports for my referring GP. WOW… is that even legal?I pay over $300 for a consult, the least you can do is send the report as per laws. Incredibly dodgy and this clinic needs to revaluate their methods. So negligent. My GP is very confused why I was prescribed S8 with no NOTES plus contradicting medication that could result in serotonin overdose!!!! She was very worried that no report had been received by Ramsey Clinic/SS. (I have since been referred elsewhere because of this) But what really pushed me over the edge, was the unfortunate experience I had with Saeed last week. DR SS raised her voice at me (whilst I’m pregnant) after I questioned her why my reports are not being sent to my referring GP.. a serious concern. During said phone call w/ SS, she backpedaled and attempted to deflect, shame and scold me for an unplanned pregnancy whilst on this “cocktail” she created. When I requested her to stop raising her voice TWICE, saeed attempted to manipulate the situation and gaslight me by saying “IM NOT YELLING AT YOU”… literally yelling.. my partner heard everything. This is disgusting behaviour. And you should treat others how you want to be treated. Dr SS cannot accept responsibility for the faults brought to her and instead unprofessionally throws her colleagues under the bus for her failures. In regards to incompetence with prescriptions…. I’ve lost count how many times my chemist has complained about this Drs methods of writing out scripts, always an issue! Was told multiple times to not MAIL OUT S8 SCRIPTS to patients - yet they keep doing it. And it’s always wrong, so I can’t get it filled until the pharmacy can reach the dr… that takes weeks. This leaves a patient faced with prolonged treatment, unnecessary questions and judgement that only causes more HARM. Pharmacist is very concerned that this dr is handing out S8 scripts directly rather than straight to my elected chemist. ^ This is to avoid ppl “potentially” going to other chemists to fill multiple times. Straight up negligence on drs part. The pharmacist has had to speak to them every time and attempts to educate her, but it falls on deaf, careless ears. When concerns are discussed, i am faced with a condescending tone and extremely defensive. - So good luck trying to reach the clinic to rectify constant failures. My case/concerns has been documented and I won’t be letting the disrespect slide. Especially when I am a private patient and carrying a child that feels my stress. You can cancel my next appt, and if anything happens to this baby - blood is on your hands for causing an unnecessary amount of stress. I’ve not been spoken to like that since i was a child. Not cool to raise your voice at a first time mum. It is sickening! And I don’t accept this negativity you have brought to me in an attempt to shame me. These “health professionals” have no idea about mental health. The reviews speak for themselves I guess. Shocking to think that I’d be treated any differently. * reply to your disappointing response that lacked empathy for the situation nor an apology: Thanks for the offer, but I’d rather put my precious time and effort reporting malpractice to the board. Regards. *"
