"I liked the doctor I saw this time here but it is never the same doctor twice. I don’t know why they can’t keep a hold of staff but they constantly change over the doctors. The reception staff are always borderline rude and clearly not on top of things either. They sit and whisper and giggle amongst themselves rather than attend to their duties professionally. It’s a shame; it’s a new area and having a good doctors surgery would be perfect. But every time I go here I walk out frustrated wishing they would get it together better."
