Williams Castle Towers

"I've been Williams' shoes customer for years and never been in such an embarrassing situation. An old lady there was extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. She accused me of breaking the boot zip but her colleague was there told me to pull it up. It was my size and she kept telling me you broke it you broke it, now I can't sell this and pulled it off my foot so hard and took it away and had very irritating conversation with her colleague and I'm standing there watching them and they didn't even look at me. People like her is what's wrong with the world. Left the shop, went to novo and bought 2 boots same size."

"I went there to today to buy my son’s school shoes. The lady named Sharon was so rude. I asked her politely to measure my son’s feet and she threw the foot measurement in front of my son, and just yell size 4. Then I asked the other lady how much, this lady asked sharon about the price and she answered I don’t know I can’t remember. They did not even care when my son tried the shoes like other shop do. When I was about to pay, I said I am a member, then she replies to me too late hahaha. It’s just because I really need those shoes on Monday. Otherwise I won’t go there ever again. They need more training as customer service."

"The worst customers service I ever received. I was checking shoes there and put all the shoes back on shelf nicely but forgot one angle piece of sandle. There was a mid aged lady came and asked me don't leave the shoe on the floor any rudly and thn she started to mumbling against me to every si gle person in a shop. I found her very rude. I'm not going to recommend anyone abt this shop especially Castlehill tower ranch. You guys need to change your staff and introduce more friendly staff."

"Kayleen, the salesperson is very patient, friendly and professional in answering your requests. She served us well by measuring my daughter's feet size and gave us a pair of sample socks for trying out the shoes. Will definitely go back again because you feel very welcomed and satisfied with the shopping experience."

"Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Visited the shop today and the lady at the counter was not interested and extremely rude!!! Atleast you should know the basic customer service skills. Replying with a smile when someone says thanks is definitely not a big deal."
