Welcome to L'Academie & Sugarplums Dance, located in Ashfield on Liverpool Road. As an establishment and point of interest in Sydney's Inner West, we offer a wide range of dance classes, including Royal Academy of Dance Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatic Arts, Performance Groups, and Conditioning.

Our classes are designed to suit everyone, from those who simply want to dance for fun to the more serious student. Regardless of your child's age or experience level, we have a class that will suit their needs.

For children aged 2-5, our fun-filled group dance classes focus on developing coordination, motor skills, muscle memory, musicality, and spatial awareness. Through dance, improvisation, song, and music, we engage children from the moment class begins until the very end.

We would like to express our gratitude for your support of our ballet concert. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the performance, which exceeded our expectations. Every moment was enjoyable, and it was a marvelous surprise.

Being in class for just one hour a week didn't allow us to fully grasp the extent of the academy and the talented artists within. We deeply admire your dedication and motivation in organizing such events. Everything was perfect, and every dancer looked fantastic. We want to congratulate you on the fantastic job you do, not only for this event but for all your previous work.

Our personal experience as a family has been fantastic. Our daughter is extremely happy participating in your classes, and she has grown tremendously. At first, she couldn't even jump on one foot, and she didn't speak English. Miss Kristyn and her staff are highly professional and knowledgeable. The studio is welcoming, warm, and friendly. We highly recommend this ballet school and wouldn't send our nieces anywhere else. L'Academie offers amazing tutelage for students aged 2 and above.

Miss Raegan teaches our 6-year-old daughter, and she is an amazing teacher - passionate and dedicated. Our daughter adores her! After 6 years with two daughters at L'Academie, we have witnessed the passion of Miss Kristyn and her teachers in instilling the love of dance in children. They not only teach excellent technique but also encourage dedication, discipline, and creativity in each student.

Even during the current climate, their approach to student learning by moving to online classes has been inspiring. Our daughter has been with L'Academie for 6 years, and she loves it so much. She started as a sugarplum, and it amazes us how much she has learned over the years. She has found her little world at the studio, made lasting friendships, and respects her amazing teachers. We feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of L'Academie.

L'Academie is an amazing ballet school that Sydney needed. Miss Kristyn, as an ex-student herself, makes all the difference in a dancer's learning and career. Only the very best technique is taught, and her passion shines through in every class.
