"The two times I have been here I have had to wait over an hour my “original” appointment time. Whilst I understand some patients take long and etc., what baffles me beyond belief is why the doctors can’t communicate to the receptionists that they are running behind and to inform other patients or why when you check in the receptionists can’t tell you it will be a wait. Poor and lack of communication and they clearly haven’t tried fixing it based upon these other reviews."

"This clinic lacks hygiene standards as tissues were scattered all over the floor. Despite my appointment being scheduled for 9:00, I had to wait for 45 minutes. Upon inquiring at the reception, I was informed that there were four people ahead of me. Disappointed with the service, I decided to cancel my appointment and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"No complaint about the doctors, reception however, leaves a lot to be desired. Have been calling the entire morning and the call goes to an answering machine that eventually cuts off and we need to call again, phone cuts off and again you need to call again. Surely answering phones would be a priority for receptionists?"

"Most of the Receptionist are very rude and rush you off. They never answer the phone and have to wait a ridiculous hold time. I only go there for one good after hours doctor if it wasn’t for him I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff was so unhelpful. They literally don't know what are they doing. Even though you book appointment from the morning. When it's the time to see doctor, you still need to waiting here for at least 1 hour and a half. So why did we book appointment for. This medical centre used to be very good as I recommend to everyone before but now I wouldn't."
