"Service just but it could be much better"
"I had nurses visiting my mum to do her dressing they were very nice ladies after a long period of time still mums wounds not healed so they advise me to ring 96168169 and ask for supply every six week so I can do her dressing myself now it has been two months since I have been trying to call the above number always busy anytime I call busy sometimes I do 20 calls in one day still busy morning noon afternoon busy busy if the line is so busy I don’t understand why they don’t have a hot line number one number for whole community of Fairfield this is a joke so the service unfortunately is Zero."
"One of the staffs lady is uncouth and bitter with a snide and condescending attitude. She was extremely rude to my mother, just because we arrived a minute before the appointment. She was yelled at like a child, "you're so late you know that! Look at the time!..blah blah", just nonstop moaning and scorning. We felt so embarrassed in front of the people sitting there. Did nepotism play a role for her getting the job? She works in a government building and she behaved like a frustrated drug addict who queues in Centrelink. She has long dark brown hair, large blue eyes and is in her late 30s/early 40s. So watch out for her. With that being said, the dentists are rather warm and friendly, though the their assistants are unlikable as the staff at the reception at times. I couldn't stand my one, an overweight Bogan looking woman who looked so bored and sulky all the time she was working with me and the dentist. What I learned, just go to private dentists. If you pay them, naturally the reception will be nicer and friendlier. People working in government funded clinics probably aren't paid enough and that's why they are grumpy all the time. Such a shame."
"After having to attend the clinic every day to have a dressing changed I found that the staff was very professional, friendly & want to thank them for the service I had received"
"Your first experience with any place is reception. This can be a pleasant experience or not. Not in this case. Not a happy face. Not a pleasant experience. If it wasn't for my grandchildren I would go somewhere that is more user friendly. Until then..."
