"Receptionist just let there own kind (Assyrians) jump the que. People are waiting hours for there appointments but they let these scum turn up and be seen straight away. Dirty filthy Scum, no wonder they dont have a country."

"Doctor is amazing, however the receptions behaviours is absolutely disgusting! So far the reviews for customer service for this place has been spot on. Management - please train your staff, this is a medical centre, not Maccas. You can train a monkey to do a better job the receptionist. Teach your staff to provide solutions or actually speak to the doctor. It is unfortunate, but i will definitely be looking for another medical centre that provides great customer service."

"Are we talking about the same medical centre? My experience over the last 5 years as a patient at this medical centre is very different. Dr Dimascio, my regular doctor, is professional, caring, and takes his time to listen to you. I saw Dr Fernandopulle only once, I got the treatment and medication I needed and she was friendly enough. I never had a problem with the ladies at the reception either. The only thing I agree with is that the waiting time can sometimes be a bit long."

"If I could you will receive not even a star. Reception staff should all be retrained to understand that a booked doctors appointment at a agreed time means exactly that. NOT wait two hrs after the booked time. Punctuality is NON existence in this medical centre. Stop wasting everyone's time. NO PATIENT attends a Medical centre for fun. It's a absolute disgrace compared to other medical centres for time management. VERY DISSATISFIED."
