"I have never left a review for a business in my life, however if I could give this company no stars I would. We have used them 5 times now and each of the experiences has had its own issues. Previously bookings had been cancelled, professionals running over an hour late only to cancel in the end, but today was the last straw as our belongings were not only left damaged, but yet again the $200 clean we paid for was not done properly. Spaces hadn’t been vacuumed, bathtubs not cleaned…in addition to our hand and foot towels being damaged by bleach. I am mortified, the professional didn’t even call me when he was finished and I had to come home to this once he had already left. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE"
