"I recently hired Tru Cleaning to perform a thorough cleaning of my rented property before moving out. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their service and the lack of professionalism displayed by their team. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the property after their service was subpar, to say the least. Despite their promises of a meticulous deep clean, I discovered numerous areas that were overlooked or barely touched. The floors were still visibly dirty and had not been steam cleaned as promised. Additionally, the kitchen appliances were far from spotless as advertised. Moreover, the attention to detail and care in their work was severely lacking. It seemed as though they rushed through the cleaning process, neglecting to address important areas that required special attention. Given the substantial amount I paid for this end of lease cleaning, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, Tru Cleaning failed to meet even the most basic standards. I strongly advise others against utilizing their services if they expect a thorough and satisfactory end of lease cleaning. "Really poor customer service. Had my appointment rescheduled twice and was left waiting without as much as a phone call. Was informed there was an emergency to which I completely understood and rescheduled again. Unfortunately was left waiting again with another no show... after changing my work roster to suit them. When attempting to notify the company directly was met with being told I should "stop playing the blame game". I advised this was not a manner in which a customer should be spoken to. To which I was told I was being intimidating and aggressive simply for saying their customer service was poor. Really poor service and would not recommend."
