"I find MyHealth North Richmond to be a clean, friendly, professional and spacious practice. Dr Nick Tsang is excellent with my children and also Dr Rosaleen Jacob is lovely. The nursing staff have been incredible when I’ve had different minor procedures done."

"Great medical centre. Kind, patient, polite, helpful doctors and the same can be said for the receptionist team and the nurses/medical/other personnel we see when there. I always have my toddler with me as well so being able to return to the same people for our health, and putting our trust in them for not just me but my son, is really important. This is the only place I’ve consistently felt assured cared about our wellbeing, both mental and physical, and I’m so grateful to have found them. The ability to book online too and manage our appointments through the app, and do Telehealth also if needed has made my life so much easier. Thanks for all you do!"

"really helpful and kind doctors, I came here for my vaccinations that I was meant to get at school a few years ago, and the lady was so nice and understanding, unlike some other doctors I've seen. I've also had a bloodtest here, and the nurse that did that for me was really kind as well !! I don't remember who she was, but as a person who HATES needles, the experiences I've had here with needles are surprisingly ok !! ❤️❤️ 5/5!! :)"

"I'm not someone to write reviews but My health North Richmond deserves the praise. Firstly friendly, helpful and kind receptionists Maddi, Gabby and Ash are incredible everytime I call to make appointments. The nurses are just wondering with my children always make them feel safe and happy to come back again. Dr Rory Webb is fabulous. He always takes the time with my family, makes my children feel comfortable. My daughter is always so excited to go to the doctors as it's always been a wonderful experience for her. My health North Richmond is a lovely place to go and the staff are wonderful"
