"I didn't have an appointment walked in reception staff were very helpful. Doctor was thorough after a minor procedure I was left in the hands of the practise nurse who was also very good. My experience at this practice was a positive one."

"Never again!! I've gone to this medical practice for the last 2 years and it has always been a nightmare. You receive 3 hour long waiting times with compassion fatigued doctors who are not very helpful or intuitive. On 2 occasions my daughter has been misdiagnosed and you are often met with the words (its just a virus going around at the minute and there's nothing you can do). The last straw was when my 5 month old was coughing and wheezing and they shrugged it off saying it was just a virus and nothing needed to be done. After a second opinion he was put on ventolin due to having bronchitis and rhinovirus which could have lead to pneumonia. On another occasion at Richmond Marketplace I was also told by a doctor that "they didn't know what to do" about my issue and gave it no further thought. It was like I had a number posted on my forehead. There is no person centred care at this practice and the patient to doctor ratio is way off making their struggle even more visible. Furthermore, the receptionists and administration can be quite rude and intrusive which makes your first point of contact experience negative. The one star I've given is for Trish who is at the back of the house and she is the best thing about that place! I have since moved doctors and now my kids are receiving excellent care with a waiting time no longer than 20 minutes. I no longer have to dedicate a whole day to going to the doctors. Hallelujah!"

"Very unhappy with their services. Yesterday was the second time I went to a doctor here and they have completely dismissed me for my health. I came yesterday because I have had a sore throat and a cough (not COVID) and explained to her that this is the 2nd time in the last three months that this has been an issue for me. She completely dismissed me and told me to just drink more water ... I drink 3L of water on most days! How much water can I drink! The last time I came here last year for a similar issue, another doctor told me that I needed to sit in the sun. This ended up causing me to be put on a steroid puffer by my regular GP because it was not properly addressed! I booked here because my normal GP is shut for the week. I am never returning here again!"

"Rude receptionists, don't answer their phones. Rude doctors, nurse that treats you like she's better than you because she's in a uniform. Honestly do not know how this centre is still running. This surgery has you preferring to sit at home sick rather than deal with the headache of dealing with any of them. Richmond Marketplace should do an overhaul of this practice."

"beyond disappointed with this practice, just keeps getting worse & worse. been coming for 4yrs now & doctors honestly don’t seem to know what they’re doing. when i have telehealth appointments i have to book pretty much a entire week in advance & they still do not call… when you have a booked in appointment, usually you still have to wait 1-2hrs to see your doctor which is ridiculous especially when it’s been prebooked for a certain time. doctors disregard how your feeling. the nurses are lovely however but it’s just such a shame the practice keeps going downhill. looks like it’s time to find a new practice for my family as this one definitely doesn’t prioritise our health sadly."
