"If you're looking for an incredible guitar teacher, then Scott will have you covered in spades. I'm not even exaggerating, out of all the lessons I've attended, he has not left me disappointed in the slightest. Scott will not only just demonstrate music theory like chords and scales/modes, but he goes beyond in showing the mechanics and techniques necessary to approaching those. If you find yourself struggling with your picking or fretting hand for example, he'll walk you through the mechanics. He's also unassuming, honest, and straightforward. He's not the type of guitar teacher to teach you Smoke On The Water (which I'd just walk towards the exit sign if they even try to teach me that riff yikes), if you're an intermediate guitar player like myself. When he teaches, he doesn't beat around the bush. His way of teaching is accessible, I have not left his studio feeling like I hadn't learned anything in the most memorable way possible. Do I recommend Scott? The real question is: Why wouldn't I? To say Scott's good is a major understatement. He's practically the one guitar teacher to rule them all. I'm beyond grateful to have found him, and to learn a substantial amount from him. Bottom line is, Scott will make you a much more refined guitarist; I promise you."
