"If I could give a 0 star or a minus one I would. Never during the 8 years I've been in Australia I received such a poor and awful customer service. As this is our first time with a child in dancing classes we needed some guide, the person in the counter was annoyed for every little thing we asked for (all legitimate questions) like if she had available some of the shoes that were on clearance online. We tried 3 different sizes because they seem not to follow the same measurements as the snickers and she was furious because we tried 3 shoes. She stopped attending us and start with other people. My husband asked if shoes had any guarantee period cause they didn't look good quality, and she just said "NO, they do cheap stuff now" What triggers me the most is that we had to buy those shoes anyways because we didn't have time to go to other place."
"Really friendly and helpful service. I went in not knowing anything to get something for my wife and was given very thorough explanation about the products and dissuaded from buying things that she doesn't need and what to use as substitute from general stores eg Kmart. When my wife's size was not available in store, I was offered to order and come pick up later. Fair price and great quality. My wife amd I were really happy overall and would definitely go again if we are in the area."
