"Found a ticket under Corona 6 pack which stated “35 for any 2” Grabbed 2 but was charged 48. When I said there is a ticket which said otherwise, the cashier went back and took the ticket off. He blamed it on customers saying “ some of the customers must have put the ticket there”, instead of just apologising and saying it’s just a simple mistake. Because of his behaviour right there I then asked him to price match and told him that I would like a price match which the Australian law dictated. He was bit rude and said “ No I don’t have to price match and this is not a super mart”. I told him I don’t want the item and left store. 7:05 pm 7/3/2023. He needs to be re-educated about customer service and the ticket law. What happened there falls under fraud, displaying different ticket and charging different price."
"This one has good customer service some days depends on the person running it, prices are pretty standard but there's always specials, Not sure if i like the idea of customers having to put what they bought in their own bag instead of the guy at the register though."
