"I've been a customer since you guys opened, you'll see me there once or twice a week - in the past, I've told everyone to shop with you, great prices, polite staff, etc.... I have one issue,, the female that occasionally works in your store....she does not greet customers, she has her phone GLUED to her ear and she doesn't even say hello when a customer presents at the counter with their goods. Liquorland will be opening just a few doors down from you very soon,,,,speak to your staff, I own my small business, I know what it is like when the big fish swims in - don't let this bad-mannered, little girl cost you your future! Your score would usually be a 4 but, due to this faulty staff member...well,you can see...it really should only be a half - so disappointed"
