"I cannot fault Dr Heidy's ability as a medical professional, she's quite lovely and makes you feel comfortable, she was also really good with her interactions with my 1 year old son. If however you're looking for an available and reliable service, I wouldn't recommend All Saints. Unfortunately in the 12 months that I and my family have been going to the centre since transferring our medical needs, we have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute due to emergencies (which we understand can happen) however they appear to happen a fair bit within this practice. It's quite difficult to get an appointment within 48 hours of the day of you trying to make one. I often have to make my appointments 2 weeks in advance which sometimes defeats the purpose of even needing to see a GP. In the times where I have been unable to get an appointment at All Saints (which is quite often) or when my appointments have been cancelled, I have attended Tindale Medical Centre which have always been able to see me within 30 minutes, all doctors there are also very lovely and spot on with referrals and diagnoses, so I will no longer be "trying my luck" with All Saints."
"Do no use this practice, especially Dr. Heidy Kuzman, this doctor should be investigated for malpractice. The other staff there are great, however this particular doctor should be avoided, I suggest doing your own research before attending."
"Dr Kuzman took 1 look at my PBS history and dismissed me instantly. She did not look at any of my letter of support my my specialists and was not interested in anything I had to say. Finding a new GP when you have chronic health issues is hard enough but to be treated so poorly, so instantly is so disheartening and so unbelievably disappointing! Shame on you."
"Where do I start. 1. Very easy to book. You can call or book online. Receptionist was helpful. Got a welcome text and confirmation. 2. Appointment wasn't late, seen within 10 minutes. 3. The whole place is extremely clean. 4. Doctors and nurses are professional and accommodating. The nurse let my wife breastfeed our baby in a spare room and the checked on us. Perfect visit. Would give it a 6/5 if I could."
