"Paul, his family, staff and Cellar 1839 are a welcome, family run alternative to liquor shops attached to supermarket chains, of which there are few nearby. They make everyone feel welcome and often share a laugh. I was even given a tub of home made hummus from his Aunty! The store is kept well, terrific selection of wines and spirits and beers. Yes it's a business but at least you leave feeling better buying here as opposed to other less appealing places. They've embraced the neighbourhood and the neighbourhood has embraced them."
