"I went in and asked politely for some help picking a full bodied red wine, the around 60 year old gray wavy haired staff member man seemed to think it was funny that I didn’t know much about wine. He went onto laugh and discuss this while serving other customers. I left the store and bought a $60 bottle of penfold Shiraz elsewhere. Hopefully for the sake of your sales this doesn’t happen to many customers in your store."
