"Chrissy was absolutely amazing! She was so kind & helped me find a lovely pair of shoes. It’s difficult to find anything in my size and she brought out so many options & was just so lovely!! I will definitely shop here again. She has great customer service & is VERY patient! Thankyou chrissy"
"Poor customer service. On a weekday morning 2 staff were chatting in the back room, saw us coming in and chose to continue chatting until we were in the store waiting for them to come out. When clarifying cost of an item, their tone was quite rude as if to say “LIKE I SAID BEFORE ITS $xx”"
"I bought the Wittner Armin heels in black suede on 21 May 2021. I rotated them with other shoes and wore them 1-2 times a week inside my office, which is carpeted. I also wore them between my office building and the shopping centre across the road. Otherwise they were stored under my desk when I went home. I worked from home from late June to September. From my photos of the soles, you can see that I haven't worn the shoes much and certainly not on rough ground. Defects -- bald spots on the suede on the toe box of the left shoe and side of the right show. This is not normal. Initially I thought they were stains and brushed it with a suede brush, then I looked closer and realised suede was missing. The staff at Wittner Parramatta told me that suede is a delicate material and the defect is 'normal wear and tear' and not covered by Wittner's warranty. They suggested that I might have kicked something accidentally. Respectfully, this is nonsense. I have suede heels from other brands, which have not developed any bald spot after a year of wear at work. Wittner's suede had bald spots after about 1 month of wear. I think the fact they see bald spots as "normal wear and tear" on a relatively new pair of shoes is, itself, indicative of the cheap quality of suede they use. Good quality suede is not so delicate that they develop bald spots if you happen to knock it against something. Wittner's website talks about quality, heritage, and building relationships with customers (to quote from their website “the good will and friendship of old customers means a lot more to us than the mere sale of goods.") Sadly, this is just marketing and empty words. The brand values are not reflected in their actual shoes or service. I have uploaded photos of the defects and soles. You can judge for yourself whether the price is worth it. I will certainly not return to Wittner."
"I don't know how many sales are working there, but the sales lady on Sunday is surely very rude with a bad customer service attitude. I bought two pairs of shoes, and a week later went to ask how to take care of the leather shoes. She was impatient, only asking me to buy the cream. When I asked her to provide me some procedures, she said "read it, it's on the back of the product." There were no other customers in the store at that moment, surely she was NOT Busy, but she was so busy with playing around on her computer screen rather than speaking to a customer. Very disappointed with the customer service!!"
