"Used my back to school voucher here was looking for a specific shoe but didn't have my sons size but found a similar pair and $10 cheaper. Although there was alot of stock everywhere was still able to walk out with his new shoes"

"Worst customer service ever!! Never coming back in this store. I understand customer service can be really tough sometimes but that does not mean you should be rude with every customers you meet even if they are polite and being nice to you. The African lady with her head covered with scarf at the counter was so rude and so unprofessional. She should learn some manner first and come to work. Can't talk with customers in a normal way and she is not welling to help. I don't understand why does she come to work if she does not like helping customers. The manager should do something about this as I can see so many bad reviews about the customer service in this store and customers saying they dont want to visit the store again."

"Absolutely disgusting service. Went in there with my friend yesterday and there was no customer service what so ever. I didn’t get any names but the African girl behind the counter was giving us disgusting looks and swearing about things to the other lady who worked there. They never asked if we wanted any help. I ended up calling them over from talking behind the counter in which there was no customers at the counter so atleast one should have been helping the customers in the store ! and the African lady rolled her eyes. I didn’t even want to spend my money there but I really needed the shoes. Me and my friend got the same shoes , The Indian lady gave her a brand new pair in a box that still had the paper etc in it and even though there was Plenty she handed me over a box that was all squashed and the heels in there where dirty as they were the ones everyone had been trying on!! My friend ended up swapping with me because she just wanted to get out there. I never ever write reviews but this had to be my first cause I was absolutely appalled. I have never received customer service like that in my entire life. Not to the mention the store was an absolute mess with shoes lying around everywhere."

"If there is zero star to tick, I will tick it for this worst shop selling worst shoes by a worst customer service staff. I bought a pair of school shoes on 16/05/2019. It only last two days. It ripped on the right side. I bring the shoes to the shop. The lady whose name might be Nancy was very rude to me. I only ask her for a refund. She said there is no refund in their policy. I can only change to other shoes. I ask her what if the other shoes ripped? She said the second time I can get a refund. I ask her to show me the shop policy. She started to scream to me. I said if you don’t refund. I will bring this issue to fair trading. Then finally she refund the money. She threw the money on the counter. How this shop hired this kind of lady? I won’t buy anything from this shop anymore."
