"I ordered in store at 7pm and ended up waiting just over 30 minutes for my order (2 meals). This is a ridiculously long wait for “fast food”. There was no one in the restaurant, and only about 4 uber drivers who came and left. It appears that the store has only employed 4 teenagers who don’t really know what they’re doing and have done zero prep. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a long wait at Taco Bell. I’ve waited for 10 minutes for 2 burritos before, but this 30 minute wait is crazy and I won’t be returning."

"Food tasted yummy. Absolutely Mexican a feel. The quality of food was good but the quantity is too low. My meal hardly had around 10 black beans, 4 small pieces of chicken, and it was full of a lettuce. Large meals include burrito bowl + tortilla chips + large drinks cup(free refill). Parking is not a problem. The worst thing is for each and everything you have to go to the cashier counter - for a tissue, spoon etc.., Toilets were dirty."

"I made an order through the drive thru today at the hoppers crossing store. The order no 3426. Served by Tayla Ann. My order was a burrito bowl- large meal, quesadilla chicken and a mini chicken quesadilla. Came home and opened the bag to find only 2 items. The mini chicken quesadilla was not there. There were only 3 items and the store was not busy at that time. Can’t the person making the order check if all the items are there before dispatching it. I tried calling their phone number and it’s switched off. It’s only 10pm and they are open until 11pm. There is no other way to contact them. It was my 6 year old’s dinner and he was so disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past when I ordered a chicken burrito bowl at the drive thru. Came home to find no chicken in it. They are literally stealing money from customers. It can’t happen all the time. When I was placing the order the music was so loud and the person taking the order couldn’t even hear me properly. The store had only 2 customers. This needs to be looked into. There needs to be value for money. Such a rip off store. Will not come back again."

"Manager has big attitude problem,,,, very bad customer service,,, not the customer service we anticipate from American Company. I was just trying to get attention from one of the taco bell employee as my daughter wanted sauce and manager started yelling and screaming loudly and repedtedly saying get back , go out as i accidently put half of my foot inside the line(it was just half of my foot behind the imaginary line which the manager has created) , when i asked was she yelling she said thats how it is and will be because thats our companies policy and i guess thats how she was trained. She could have said everything politly and if some mistake happens we can allways say sorry"
