"Useless opening hours."
"10th June around 4pm. My husband and I have been facing some hard financial times and today we wanted to celebrate a small victory with some wine although all we had was coins. The lady working behind the counter didn't accept my husband's coins and made him go to the bank to cash them in to his card in order to pay. The nerve! She made him feel so degraded. Isn't it her job to count the money we use to pay or is she too lazy to even do that. Certainly has no customer experience and very rude. How dare she."
