"I was utterly disgusted with this store, I went in to purchase a new kettle only to be told they don’t take cash. I couldn’t believe what I heard, I questioned the staff as to why and they simply advised it was a management decision and they also did not agree or understand why management chose to go this way. I informed the staff I knew it was legal for businesses to do this but felt that customers should be given a choice. Without upsetting the staff I simply refused to take up the offer of card only and walked out without any purchase.... Shame on you Robins, hope people read this review and not buy goods from your store."
