Welcome to Southern Swim School, a premier Learn to Swim centre located in Kirrawee, southern Sydney. Established in November 2019, our institution is dedicated to delivering top-quality swimming education to our community.

With small teacher to student ratios, we provide individualized attention to each child, fostering their growth and development in the water. Our state-of-the-art facility is purpose-designed for Learn to Swim. With a brand new heating system, the water temperature is consistently maintained at a comfortable 32 degrees, providing an ideal environment for learning. Additionally, our air-conditioned pool deck and play area offer a pleasant experience for parents and siblings who accompany the young swimmers.

We offer three distinct streams in our program to cater to the specific needs and abilities of each swimmer. In our Foundations stream, we focus on building water confidence and the ability to function happily in a class environment. This stream allows parents to spend quality time bonding with their child while equipping them with vital foundational skills.

Our Independence stream is designed to ensure that children have the skills to swim safely and independently across all aquatic environments. We teach the correct techniques and instill the necessary skills for our students to navigate the water with ease and enjoyment.

In the Technique stream, swimmers learn the fundamental techniques of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Our program is carefully planned to introduce and reinforce these techniques at the right time, ensuring optimal development for our swimmers.

As our swimmers progress, they enter the Development stream, where they continue to refine their strokes and learn race skills. We inspire our swimmers to become technically correct across all strokes and help them realize their potential in the water.
