"We were overseas so we sent them an email to cancel lessons when we were away. They said they will suspend the account, but then they did not do it and the money kept being deducted from my account. I sent them several emails after that but no one replied to me. I finally called them from overseas to talk to them. They didn't even say sorry for their mistakes. Really bad customer service."

"My daughter has been doing gymnastics for years and can not be happier with the coaches and the gymnasts at this amazing venue. The changing of management was the best decision and even though this gymnastics centre may be small it is so much better than any other place you could go to."

"There has been a noticeable change in the management of this popular gymnastics site over the past few months. I contribute that mostly to Jess, the site manager, since she started managing the site I noticed a clear difference. Much more and clearer communication is provided, she seems to be on top of things. The coaches seem to be more engaged an invested in the success of the kids. The venue can do with a bit of an uplift but it’s also it’s charm. I had my son’s birthday celebrations there this year and it was really fun for the kids. I recommend it."

"TERRIBLE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Biggest mistake I have ever done was to enroll my daughter with BK GYMNASTICS. I have coordinated and have an exchange email with the management all through the week and called them many times informing them that my daughter will attend the session plus the make up class. Went there and told another staff again and confirm the time for collection, session runs from 9am till 10.30 including the make up class. Was raining , theres no covered waiting area so I was forced to drop and pick her up. Came back at 10am and found my daughter alone crying by herself in the waiting area . I Have spoken to the staff and ask why this happens that no one even checked on her , or might as well call me and ask. Only looks at me and said YEs she was on the list (then why is she outside) You guys are UNPROFESSIONALS!! What kind of work ethics have you got?? Leaving a 5 yr old girl outside by herself . This was so traumatic For my little girl. No receptionist at all , no such form of communication. Your fee's are not cheap that is why I have expected an reliable service. But this is UNACCEPTABLE And cannot be tolerated. There is no EXCUSE For this NEGLIGENCE. Truly disappointing!!"

"Run out of a warehouse style building, they offer term classes for kids K and older (grouped by skill and age group). $190 for 10 classes per term. Very good quality instructors. Seems to be very popular since they are booked solid every term for most classes. Classes are offered Mon-Fri after school, and Saturday mornings. All info on their website. Parking is on the street (free). There is a restroom on premises, with handicap access."
