Our workouts at TRG are never the same each day, mirroring the training regime of the ancient gladiators. Each session is carefully crafted to achieve peak physical conditioning, fitness, and skills. For example, one day may focus on intense cardio workouts followed by a rest day, while the next session may challenge endurance and test physical performance and mental stamina. The final session of the week typically combines the two workouts at a medium intensity.

Coach Damiano Scorsino brings a wealth of experience in Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness, having been a former Italian and European Champion in fighting. His knowledge is invaluable for both beginners and professional athletes, and he has successfully prepared numerous fighters to achieve peak physical fitness through personal training and nutritional coaching.
