"I made an online appointment, but on the scheduled day, there was no contact from their end. I attempted to call the office numerous times, but there were no responses. Additionally, I sent an email inquiring about the status of the meeting, but it has been seven days, and I have yet to receive a reply. This lack of commitment is extremely disheartening, and I feel upset about the whole situation. I have decided not to schedule any future appointments with them."

"Highly unprofessional. I had previously used these accountants for my annual tax return and found out they had incorrectly entered in information on my behalf which resulted in my return being delayed by almost two months. When I raised my concerns to the manager, she was very rude and even started yelling at me over the phone. I then raised this to their head office, one person tried to help out while another really didn’t care. I then started using a new accounting firm that found numerous errors with my tax return done by ITP Brunswick. They found ITP’s work to be very amateurish and they thankfully amended the errors and I received a higher tax return due to there being a back pay. Stay away from these guys, it’s not worth the headache."

"I used this place last year and the guy that did it was fantastic. This year there were two different people and I literally did my tax return for them apart from the actual typing. One part the numbers they entered were incorrect in the printout they gave me so I did it myself anyway. One didn't know what to do and was checking with the other person. Recommend going somewhere else."

"I've had a number of tax accountants over the years, but Mr Berat Uzunbay ITP Brunswick was the most patient and thorough. He did my tax return in 2012 and I will use him again this year. (Hope he still works there!) He and Mala always replied to emails promptly. Berat went beyond his call of service by creating a spreadsheet for me and advising me on how to keep a record of my financial transactions. This was really useful, since I'd come into the Brunswick office with a bagful of receipts! He made everything so clear and easy. I would highly recommend this polite, thorough and terrific professional."
