"I am deeply saddened that I had to resort to this. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this studio. I have tried to contact them several times, but I have received no response. It is now the end of August and I still do not know the status of my tax return. My tax return is simple, but I wanted to have a professional to verify and confirm that everything is correct. I have never experienced such poor service from any other professional in Melbourne. I am at a loss for words. I wonder if I will ever receive my tax return this year."

"Last year Mohan did good job, but this year took more than a month to submit my tax return after providing the documents. I have to follow up multiple times with no proper response. Finally when it was submitted it wasn't done as expected. He never tried to inform me untill I received message about my returns."
