Our training schedule includes classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, offering a variety of options to accommodate different age groups and skill levels. From 6:30pm to 7:15pm, we have our Foundation class, specifically designed for White Belts, Yellow Tips, and Yellow Belts. Following that, from 7:15pm to 8:00pm, we offer classes for Green Tips and above, catering to more advanced students.
