"I had the WORST experience ever with H&R block. Please never ever go to them. I booked the appointment second time for the BAS agent and I went there and to my surprise, there was only person sitting there who asked me for TFN number which I shared with him and nothing was appearing on his screen. He then showed me screen to check if he is entering correct TFN number under ABN details requirement. I asked him that you are adding my TFN number under ABN field upon which he said "oh actually I don't do company tax return". I told him that this has happened to me second time that I booked BAS agent appointment, drove all the way leaving my work and meeting personal tax return agent. THIS IS SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE."
