"Entered the store today multiple times looking at shoes the first 2 looks I wasn’t acknowledged, 3 staff members sitting behind the counter chatting about nothing in particular. But I know it wasn’t spent coaching or training that much is for sure. The 3rd time I entered the shop the tall slim built blonde guy offered assistance within a suitable time frame even though the store was empty. Was the customer service good by the other staff members No… they’d rather chit chat about nothing rather than speak to people. I’d rather shop online and get the same level of customer service.."
"I was shopping for shoes for my toddler and had gone to two reputable stores before Platypus and was completely turned off by the poor service I received. As I walked into platypus a kind young gentleman named Jai came over and was wanting to see if I needed a hand. I asked him a few questions in regards to my toddlers needs and straight way he helped me. Jai you are so professional and kind. You made me feel looked after and addressed my concerns for my toddlers feet and recommended great shoes for him. Thank you for showing excellent customer service as most shops these days lack this. He went running back and forth looking for the correct sizes for us. He was so kind and well spoken to my mother and I and he cracked a few jokes which was amazing.
