"I find thier process of teaching really good, my daughter started to naturally do overarm/ freestyle within months of learning to swim. There's definitely a process they follow to ensure safety and good techniques. If your child can already swim, then I wouldn't recommend they come to a swimming school. If they aren't a strong swimmer, then it's best to trust the teachers and the way they run the classes, floaties and all."
"My son started learning swimming in Dec last year and has improved so much for the last three months. He is super motivated and we would like to thank the coaches especially Georgia who teaches with passion and professionalism. She gives instructions so clearly with words and shows him exactly what to do and how to achieve it. As much as we look forward to the middle pool, we will miss her and hopefully my boy will have the opportunity to be taught by her again in future! We also really like the atmosphere of the school where staffs are always so cheerful and welcoming especially the front desk:)"
"Thieves! Apparently they can’t roll over credit from active vouchers from month to month and instead steal the money.. very unprofessional, don’t offer make up classes like vol jones Tempe, if your absent on a pay day they don’t bother calling to confirm whether you still want the class or not and instead withdraw your kids automatically.. In my case I called last week to confirm kids won’t be attending, I still have credit for a session this week, yet my kids were withdrawn! Will be contacting fair trading about this “ethical “business!"
"No improvement for my daughter 5 years old after learning how to swim at this school for nearly 1 year, she was still at the same level with a back floating AND armrests but the good thing was she was getting more confident in the water but after I asked they told me no more armrests for her but her instructor still put the armrests for her, I had to tell her teacher every time to take them off how frustrating!! they have good facilities tho big change rooms and carpark and staff at the counter were nice helpful and friendly."
"Disappointing at the point that I didn’t bring my kid back even if I had already paid for the rest of the month! The swimming “teacher” dressed my daughter with a floating vest AND armrests!!! My daughter is pretty confident in the water and I told the lady not to use those kind of floating devices on her. She didn’t care and told me that it is their policy! So what’s the point of paying for someone teaching kids how to swim if they can’t even explore/feel the environment?!? I have been a swimming teacher for many years and all I can say is that I was shocked and furious! I would not recommend this swimming pool to anyone who wants their kids to be confident in the water!!!"
