"Had my eyes on two particular pairs of boots and since I happened to be in Penrith Westfield on Saturday, thought I’d drop in to the Novo store and see if I can get them. The staff was plain uninterested and almost bordering on rudeness. Granted they were short-staffed and the store was moderately busy, and they didnt have the size I was after, but the service fell so short that I was not even motivated to look for alternate styles or spend another minute there. Think I looked around for help for a good 10 minutes, even made eye contact with the lady who made no effort to ask me what I was after, went up to her to tell her what I wanted and her attitude was just shocking. She got me two pairs and said she will bring out the third one but just went and stood behind the counter. Another lady came in and I thought okay now I am going to get some help, she was even ruder, basically came back with the sizes i was after for only one style, shoved it in my hand and just said we dont have the other two and walked off. Rest assured will never go back to that store."

"I love their shoes but really not happy with the fact that I was told the shoes I wanted to buy for the colder months were not in yet.I waited three months only to be told they are only on line."

"Seriously received the worst customer service from the Penrith novo store last Thursday, and this poor service for this exact store has happened more than once. Staff just stand around talking to each other and just full on ignore you and when you ask to try on a pair of shoes it’s like your bothering them in every way possible. I ended up leaving and purchasing Over $200 worth of the shoes from the Blacktown Novo store. Maybe if your staff don’t like working with customers they should venture into a different career.
